摘 要:应用DNA条形码技术对鸭绿江分布的细鳞鲑样品进行种类鉴定。通过对鸭绿江细鳞鲑的线粒体细胞色素氧化酶Ⅰ亚基(COⅠ)基因序列进行分析,应用DNA条形码技术鉴定鸭绿江细鳞鲑的种类。结果表明:细鳞鲑线粒体COⅠ基因序列长为699 bp,其中G含量较低,A+T含量(52.79%)高于C+G含量(47.21%)。细鳞鲑种内差异不明显,样品鱼种内遗传距离均<0.02。对样品鱼进行DNA基因序列分析,GenBank和Bold Systems搜索结果相似性均>99.0%。因此,鸭绿江所采样品鱼鉴定为细鳞鲑(Brachymystax lenok)。The purpose of this study was to identify the species of Lepidosoma in Yalu River by DNA barcoding technique.Through analyzing the gene sequence of cytochrome oxidase I subunit(CO I)of Yalu River Lepidopterus,the species of Yalu River Lepidopterus was identified by DNA barcoding.The results showed that the length of mitochondrial CO I gene was 699 bp,in which the content of G was lower,the content of A+T(52.79%)was higher than that of C+G(47.21%).There were no significant intraspecific differences and the average intraspecific genetic distance of the samples was less than 0.02.DNA sequence analysis of the fish samples showed that the similarity rate with the GenBank and Bold Systems were all above 99.0%.Therefore,the fish sampled from the Yalu River were identified as Brachymystax lenok.
