摘　　要：农业是关系国计民生的基础产业,是安天下、稳民心的产业。农牧食品行业是人民幸福生活的保障。本文通过对中国现代农牧食品业的发展背景的梳理,展望产业发展方向,分析当前行业形势下人才需求的机遇和挑战。Agriculture is a fundamental industry that is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and is an industry that is safe for the world and stable for the people.The agricultural,animal husbandry and food industry is a guarantee for people's happy lives.Through sorting out the development background of China's modern agricultural and animal husbandry food industry,this poper look forward to the direction of industrial development,analyzing the opportunities and challenges of talent demand under the current industry situation.
