觉者为师:论高校思想政治理论课教师自觉意识的培养

摘　　要：从新疆高校思想政治理论课课堂教学存在的问题及对策着手,指出提高新疆高校思想政治理论课教学质量的关键在于教师自觉意识的普遍树立。高校思想政治理论课教师应注重强化自我教育,提高自身政治素养、理论水平和知识储备,这是养成高校思想政治理论课教师自觉意识的前提;国家教育部门要给予一定的行政关照,完善教师自觉意识培养的外部保障与激励机制;学校作为教师职业的归属地,应构建良性发展的组织环境,助推教师自觉意识的养成。Starting from the existing problems and countermeasures in the classroom teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in Xinjiang,it is pointed out that the key to improving the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in Xinjiang is the universal establishment of teachers consciousness.The teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and uni-versities should pay attention to strengthening self-education,improving their political accomplishment,theoreti-cal level and knowledge reserve,which is the premise of cultivating the teachers’consciousness of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.The state education department should give some administrative care and perfect the external guarantee and incentive mechanism of teachers’consciousness cultivation.As the home of teachers’profession,schools should construct a benign development of the organizational environment to promote the cultivation of teachers’consciousness.
