西咪替丁结合双嘧达莫片治疗过敏性紫癜的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析西咪替丁联合双嘧达莫片治疗过敏性紫癜患儿的效果及安全性。方法选取2019年2月至2022年4月武夷山市立医院收治的64例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,按照用药方案不同分为参照组与研究组,每组32例。参照组给予西咪替丁药物治疗,研究组给予西咪替丁联合双嘧达莫片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应法发生率、症状消失时间、免疫功能及血清炎症因子水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于参照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。研究组紫癜、皮疹、腹痛、关节肿痛、消化道症状消失时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组IgM、IgA、IgG、CD3^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-6水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西咪替丁联合双嘧达莫片治疗过敏性紫癜患儿可增强治疗效果,促进疾病症状消失,并改善患儿免疫功能和血清炎症因子水平。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of cimetidine combined with dipyridamole tablets in the treatment of children with anaphylactoid purpura.Methods 64 children with anaphylactoid purpura admitted to Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from February 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the reference group and the study group according to different medication regimen,with 32 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with cimetidine,and the study group was treated with cimetidine combined with dipyridamole tablets,the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,time of symptom disappearance,immune function and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 96.88%,which is higher than 75.00% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.The disappearance time of purpura,rash,abdominal pain,joint swelling and gastrointestinal symptoms in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgM,IgA,IgG,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cimetidine combined with dipyridamole tablets in the treatment of anaphy lactoid purpuracan enhance the therapeutic effect,promote the disappearance of disease symptoms,and improve the immune function and serum inflammatory factors of children.
