摘　　要：目的探讨整合酶抑制剂治疗人免疫缺陷病毒1型(HIV-1)患者的临床疗效及对患者病毒载量和CD4^(+)T细胞的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2022年2月九江市第三人民医院收治的88例HIV-1患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签方式分为观察组与对照组,每组44例。对照组采用常规HIV-1治疗方案,观察组采用整合酶抑制剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、CD4^(+)T细胞计数、病毒载量水平及治疗安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月、1年、1.5年,观察组CD4^(+)T细胞计数水平均高于对照组,病毒载量水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论整合酶抑制剂治疗HIV-1患者的临床疗效显著,能更大程度地降低病毒载量和提升CD4^(+)T细胞水平,且安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and effects of integrase inhibitors on viral load and CD4^(+)T cells in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 patients.Methods A total of 88 HIV-1 patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from August 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random drawing,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional HIV-1 therapy,and the observation group was treated with integrase inhibitors.The clinical efficacy,CD4^(+)T cell count,viral load level and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month,3 months,6 months,1 year and 1.5 years after treatment,the CD4^(+)T cell count level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the viral load level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups.Conclusion Integrase inhibitors have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of HIV-1 patients,which can reduce viral load and increase CD4^(+)T cell level to a greater extent,and have high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
