摘 要:目的探究X线平片、多层螺旋CT在髋关节病变诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月南昌大学第四附属医院放射科收治的90例髋关节病变疑似患者作为研究对象。所有患者均行X线平片和多层螺旋CT检查,比较两种检查方式对髋关节疾病的检出率、诊断效能和漏诊率。结果多层螺旋CT对髋关节病变的检出率高于X线平片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT对髋关节病变的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值均高于X线平片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT对髋关节病变的漏诊率低于X线平片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与X线平片比较,多层螺旋CT对髋关节病变的检出率高,诊断特异性高,灵敏度强,可减少漏诊情况的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of X-ray plain films and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of hip joint lesions.Methods 90 suspected patients with hip joint lesions admitted to the department Radiology,the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent X-ray plain film and multi-slice spiral CT examination,and the detection rate,diagnostic efficacy,and missed diagnosis rate of hip joint lesions were compared between the two examination methods.Results The detection rate of hip joint lesions using multi-slice spiral CT was higher than that of X-ray plain film,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of multislice spiral CT for hip joint lesions were higher than those of X-ray plain films,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate of hip joint lesions using multi-slice spiral CT was lower than that of X-ray plain films,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with X-ray plain films,multi-slice spiral CT has higher detection rate,diagnostic specificity,and sensitivity for hip joint lesions,which can reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
