摘　　要：功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)是老年患者常见消化道疾病,中医学认为,FC病位虽在肠,但与肺、脾胃、肾、肝、心等脏腑功能失调密切相关。基于“魄门亦为五脏使”理论,总结出肝气郁滞、脾气亏虚、肺气不足、心神失养、肾之阴阳两虚皆可导致FC的发生,所以临床上可从疏肝、健脾、补肺、养心、益肾等方面综合论治,拓宽诊疗思路,具有良好疗效。附验案1则以佐证。Functional constipation(FC)is a common digestive disease in elderly patients.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that although FC is located in the intestine,it is closely related to the dysfunction of viscera such as lung,spleen and stomach,kidney,liver and heart.Based on the theory that"The anus is also the five internal organs",it is concluded that stagnation of liver qi,deficiency of spleen qi,deficiency of lung qi,lack of mental and spiritual nourishment,and deficiency of yin and yang of kidney can all lead to the occurrence of FC.Therefore,clinical treatment should be comprehensively treated from the aspects of soothing liver,strengthening spleen,tonifying lung,nourishing heart,and nourishing kidney,which broadens the diagnosis and treatment ideas and has good curative effect.One test case is attached for evidence.
