摘　　要：肌筋膜理论与经筋理论相类似,肌筋膜激痛点在中医视角下与经筋病更贴切,灭活激痛点具有调和营卫,平衡阴阳、祛除外邪、活血化瘀,调和气血、中和筋骨、调神等作用;现代医学认为灭活激痛点是多因素、多途径的综合作用效应,能够通过恢复生物力学平衡、改善血液循环、减轻痛觉增敏等起效机制,实现以骨骼肌为主体的软组织正常结构和生理功能的重塑,以达到骨正筋柔之效。文章概述了激痛点松解疗法的内涵,并从中医和西医的角度探讨了灭活激痛点机制,以期为肌筋膜理论“激痛点疗法”提供科学的理论依据。Myofascial theory is similar to the theory of meridian tendons.Myofascial pain stimulation point is more appropriate to meridian tendons disease from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.Inactivating pain stimulation point has the functions of harmonizing Yingwei,balancing Yin and Yang,dispelling external evil,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,harmonizing qi and blood,neutralizing muscles and bones,and regulating spirit.Modern medicine believes that the inactivation of pain trigger point is the comprehensive effect of many factors and many ways.It can restore the biomechanical balance,improve blood circulation,relieve pain and sensitization and other effective mechanisms,to realize the remodeling of the normal structure and physiological function of soft tissue with skeletal muscle as the main body,so as to achieve the effect of bone and tendons.From the perspective of Chinese medicine and western medicine,this paper summarizes the connotation of pain point release therapy,and discusses the mechanism of inactivating pain point,in order to provide scientific theoretical basis for the myofascial theory of"pain point therapy".
