摘　　要：肠结核是常见的传染病。由于结核表现的多样性,其容易被误诊、漏诊,尤其是临床表现不典型、客观依据不充足者。本文报道一例以水肿、顽固性低蛋白血症为主要表现的肠结核患者的诊治过程,以提高对非典型肠结核的认识,减少漏诊、误诊的发生。Intestinal tuberculosis is a typical infectious disease.The varied manifestations of tuberculosis can lead to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,particularly in cases with atypical clinical features and limited objective findings.To increase the understanding of atypical intestinal tuberculosis and reduce the possibility of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,a patient with intestinal tuberculosis who had edema and refractory hypoproteinemia was reported.
