摘　　要：植物多糖是一种来自于植物中的天然高分子化合物,药理活性十分显著,在疾病治疗、医药研发等领域有着广阔的应用前景。植物多糖分子量大,结构复杂,口服不易吸收,生物利用度较低。胃肠道中含有大量酶和微生物菌群,可以将多糖降解为短链脂肪酸,促进肠道菌群多样性,保护胃肠道黏膜,修复胃肠道损伤。主要将植物多糖对常见胃肠道疾病治疗作用的研究进展进行归纳汇总,以期为今后胃肠道疾病的治疗提供理论参考。Plant polysaccharide is a natural high molecular compound from plants.It has significant pharmacological activity and broad application prospects in the fields of disease treatment,pharmaceutical research and development and so on.Plant polysaccharides have large molecular weight,complex structure,difficult absorption by oral administration and low bioavailability.As an integral part of the digestive system,the gastrointestinal tract is responsible for digesting food and absorbing nutrients.Studies have shown that the gastrointestinal tract is an important place for polysaccharide activity.The gastrointestinal tract contains a large number of enzymes and microbial flora,which can degrade polysaccharides into short chain fatty acids,promote the diversity of intestinal flora,protect gastrointestinal mucosa and repair gastrointestinal injury.This paper mainly summarized the research progress of plant polysaccharides in the treatment of common gastrointestinal diseases,in order to provide theoretical reference for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in the future.
