摘　　要：目的探讨中医药治疗宫腔粘连的研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库获取2000年1月1日—2022年12月31日期间中医药治疗宫腔粘连的相关文献,对数据进行转换处理,以年发文量、文献作者、发文机构、关键词为节点,应用CiteSpace V(6.1.R3)软件进行可视化分析,绘制中医药治疗宫腔粘连的可视化知识图谱,并对关键词进行共现、聚类及突现分析。结果共纳入相关文献327篇,形成以尤昭玲教授为核心的研究团队,发文量最多的机构是湖南中医药大学,研究热点集中在病因病机、名医经验、中西医结合等方面,研究前沿与中药作用机制有关。结论中医药治疗宫腔粘连的研究逐年增多,研究更加深入细化,但研究者、研究机构之间缺乏合作,临床研究样本量还需扩大,中药作用机制研究有待进一步开展。Objective To understand the research status,hot spots,and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of intrauterine adhesion.Methods The articles about TCM treatment of intrauterine adhesion were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)with the time interval from January 1,2000 to December 31,2022.The data format was converted,and the annual publications,authors,research institutions,and keywords were visualized by CiteSpaceV 6.1.R3.The knowledge mapping was performed for the TCM treatment of intrauterine adhesion,including the keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and bursts.Results A total of 327 relevant articles were included,which were published by the research team with Professor You Zhaoling as the core.The research institution with the largest number of publications was Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.The research hot spots mainly included the etiology,pathogenesis,experience of famous doctors,and the integration of Chinese and Western medicine.The research frontiers were associated with the mechanism of action of TCM.Conclusion The studies about TCM treatment of intrauterine adhesion are gradually increasing and deepening.However,researchers and research institutions lack cooperation,and the sample sizes of clinical studies needs to be expanded.The mechanism of action of TCM remains to be studied in depth.
