摘　　要：大革命失败后,中国共产党的党军关系经历了由“先党后军”到“以党领军”的转变过程。以红四军为例,建军初期,军内出现单纯军事观点、极端民主化倾向等非无产阶级思想,影响了党军关系。毛泽东等人经过调查研究,决定从政治建设和纪律建设两方面进行整训,并通过《古田会议决议》确立了“党对军队的领导”这一根本原则,解决了红四军内部关于民主与集中关系问题的认识分歧。这标志着中共完成了从“先党后军”到“以党领军”的认识发展过程,而新泉整训在该转变过程中起到了承上启下的独特历史作用。After the failure of the Great Revolution,the relationship between the Party and the army of the CPC experienced a transformation process from"party takes priority over army"to"the Party′s leadership over the army".Take the Fourth Red Army as an example,in the early days of the establishment of the army,many non-proletarian ideas appeared in the army and continued to spread,and then affected the relationship between the party and the army.In December 1929,the Fourth Red Army conducted a ten-day training in Xinquan Village,Fujian Province,known as Xinquan training and consolidation.During the Xinquan training and consolidation,through various forms of investigation and research,Mao Zedong and others mastered various non-proletarian thoughts inside the Fourth Red Army.On this basis,the Xinquan training and consolidation centered on the two aspects of political construction and discipline construction,which provided realistic conditions for the establishment of the army goal of"the Party′s leadership over the army".In the process of exploring the relationship between the Party and the army,by the influence of non-proletarian ideology,there was once a difference in understanding within the Fourth Red Army,but under the guidance of the Central Committee of the CPC,the fundamental principle of"the Party′s absolute leadership over the army"was established through the document form of Gutian meeting.From the perspective of the history of the CPC′s military establishment,the formation of the principle of"the Party′s leadership over the army"marked the completion of the cognitive development process of the CPC from"party takes priority over army"to"the Party′s leadership over the army".
