摘 要:体检清单式人才培养模式是以效仿患者到医院进行体检为思路开展的,用以检查学生的学习能力、知识掌握水平。该模式以促进学生就业、提高学生核心竞争力为目标,承认学生的个体差异性,通过网络测试平台考试的方式对学生进行体检,暴露学生知识结构和能力的不足,然后对其扬长避短,靶向治疗,再通过复检来检验体检清单式人才培养模式的效果。本文是对差异化分班教学的进一步深入研究。通过研究表明,体检清单式人才培养模式能够有效提高大学俄语专业学生的学习能力和学习成绩。The physical examination checklist based on talent cultivation model is carried out with the idea of imitating patients to un-dergo physical examinations in hospitals for checking students'learning ability and knowledge mastery level.This model aims to pro-mote students'employment and enhance their core competitiveness with their individual differences recognized.Through exams by on-line testing platforms,students are subjected to physical examinations to expose their knowledge structure and abilities,and then tar-geted treatment is given to enhance their strengths and avoid weaknesses.The effectiveness of the physical examination checklist based on talent training model is tested through re-examination.This article is a further in-depth study of class division teaching.Research has shown that the physical examination checklist based on talent training model can improve students'abilities and grades effectively.
