摘 要:雨洪调蓄设施是改善城市内涝的重要工程措施,研究其空间布局及规模尤为关键。现总结了大尺度雨洪调蓄设施规模影响因素,对调蓄设施的调度方式以及布局进行分析研究,并通过案例分析说明调蓄设施采用固定下泄的调度方式便于调度控制,但上游调蓄库容占比越大越容易造成库容浪费,上下游调蓄总库容应采用不同洪水组合相互验证。在下游用地能满足要求的情况下应优先选用区间同频工况下的调蓄库容布局。该研究成果对相关工程规划设计具有一定参考价值。Rainwater and flood regulating storage facilities are important engineering measures to improve urban waterlogging,and the study of the spatial layout and scale is particularly critical.The factors affecting the scale of large-scale rainwater and flood regulating storage facilities are summarized.The scheduling methods and layout of the regulating storage facilities are analyzed and studied.The case analysis explains that the regulating storage facilities using the fixed discharge scheduling methods are easy to control,but the larger the proportion of upstream regulating storage capacity,the more likely it is to cause waste of storage capacity.The total upstream and downstream storage capacity should be mutually verified using the different flood combinations.If the downstream land can meet the requirements,the storage capacity layout under the same frequency condition in the section should be preferred.The research results have certain reference value for relevant engineering planning and design.
