摘 要:目的:探讨神经肌肉组合训练对男子足球运动员运动能力的影响。研究对象与方法:对30名18至25岁的男子足球运动员进行为期12周的神经肌肉组合训练,研究结果发现:实验干预对运动员的运动能力和专项能力产生了积极的影响。在速度、力量、平衡和稳定性等方面,运动员都有了显著的提高。同时,注意力与反应速度、界外球掷远、左脚和右脚定点踢远以及传接球能力在实验干预后均有所提高。据此,建议:我国职业足球运动员在训练中要加强针对性训练,深入理解和研究训练结果,注重专项能力的提升。This study explores the effects of integrated neuromuscular training on the athletic ability of male football players.By conducting a 12 week integrated neuromuscular training on 30 male football players aged 18 to 25,the study found that experimental interventions had positive influence on the athletes'athletic and specialized abilities.Athletes have significantly improved in terms of speed,strength,balance,and stability.At the same time,attention and reaction speed,out of bounds ball throwing,left and right foot fixed point kicking,and ball passing and receiving abilities all improved after experimental intervention.Therefore,the study suggests that Chinese professional football players focus on targeted training,deepen understanding and research of training results,and pay attention to the improvement of specialized abilities in their training.
