全民健身背景下气排球在甘肃省发展的优化路径研究

摘　　要：在《全民健身计划》的持续推动下,我国的全民健身活动取得了较大成就。气排球运动近年来因其独特的运动魅力吸引了众多运动爱好者参与。本研究对气排球运动在甘肃省的发展现状进行了深入探究,结果发现气排球运动在甘肃省发展中存在的问题:参与人群的年龄和职业结构较为局限,气排球场地和器材设施有待完善,气排球教练队伍需要进一步扩大,缺乏多元化的宣传和推广渠道,财政支持乏力。基于此,本文对在甘肃省发展气排球运动提出优化路径建议:(1)开展多样化的活动,尤其是在中老年人群中的推广;(2)加强气排球场地器材配套设施的建设;(3)强化专职气排球教练队伍的建设,完善培训体系;(4)加大对气排球的宣传力度,促进气排球文化建设;(5)加大对气排球的政策、财政支持,为其发展提供有力保障。With the continuous promotion of the"National Fitness Plan",China's national fitness activities have achieved remarkable development.Air volleyball has attracted many sports enthusiasts to participate in recent years because of its unique sports charm.This study conducted an in-depth exploration of the development status of air volleyball in Gansu Province,and found that the problems in the development of air volleyball in Gansu Province were as follows:the age and occupational structure of the participating population were relatively limited;The air volleyball court and equipment facilities need to be improved;The team of air volleyball coaches needs to be further expanded;lack of diversified publicity and promotion channels;Lack of financial support.Based on the research results,for the further promotion and development of the sport,the following suggestions are put forward:(a)carry out diversified activities,especially among the middle-aged and elderly people;(b)Strengthen the construction of equipment and supporting facilities for air volleyball courts;(c)Strengthen the construction of a full-time volleyball coach team and improve the training system;(d)Increase the publicity of air volleyball and promote the construction of air volleyball culture;(e)Increase policy and financial support for air volleyball to provide a strong guarantee for its development.
