基于PLC的虾蟹养殖自动投喂系统地面站设计

摘　　要：虾蟹养殖业是重要的水产养殖业,市场广阔且经济效益良好。在对虾蟹养殖饲料自动化投喂系统进行分析后,采用西门子PLC产品、机械臂和组态王对虾蟹养殖自动化系统的地面站进行设计,包括饲料仓的填装和无人机电池的更换。经过调试和测试,结果显示该设计能准确有效地完成任务,为自动投喂系统的地面站设计提供技术参考。The shrimp and crab farming industry is an important aquaculture industry,with a broad market and good economic benefits.After summarizing and analyzing the automatic feeding system of shrimp and crab farming,Siemens PLC products,robotic arms and KingView are used to design the ground stations for automatic feeding system of shrimp and crab farming,including feed bin filling and drone battery replacement.After debugging and testing,the result shows that the design can accurately and effectively complete the above functions,and provides technical reference for the design of ground stations for automatic feeding systems.
