摘　　要：脑卒中是一种由急性脑循环障碍所引起的疾病,是临床常见病、多发病,其起病急、发展迅速、变化多端。近年来发病不断上升。脑卒中后便秘是脑卒中常见的并发症之一,其伴随着脑卒中的高发病率而呈逐年递升趋势,同时又可能成为脑卒中发病的病因,严重影响了患者的生活质量,加重了经济负担。目前临床治疗方法种类繁多。口服促进胃液分泌、促进胃肠动力等药物是西医常用的治疗方法,长期服用会产生胀气、腹痛、肠功能减退、药物依赖等副作用。中医对脑卒中后便秘的了解和治疗,积累了较为丰富的临证经验,从整体观念出发,采用中药、针刺、艾灸、脐针、穴位贴敷、综合疗法等多种治疗,兴奋脏腑功能,促进胃肠蠕动,明显改善了患者的临床症状,取得了显著疗效。笔者将近年来中医药治疗脑卒中后便秘的临床研究文献做一综述,旨在为临床治疗此病提供一定的支持和帮助。Stroke is a kind of disease caused by acute cerebral circulation disorder,which is a common and frequentlyoccurring disease in clinic with rapid onset,rapid development and many changes.The incidence has been on the rise in recent years.Post-stroke constipation is one of the common complications of stroke,which increases year by year with the high incidence of stroke,and may also become the cause of stroke,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and increases the economic burden.At present,there are many kinds of clinical treatment.Oral administration of drugs to promote gastric secretion,and promote gastrointestinal motility is commonly used in Western medicine,but longterm use will produce flatulence,abdominal pain,intestinal dysfunction,drug dependence and other side effects.Chinese medicine has accumulated rich clinical experience in the understanding and treatment of post-stroke constipation.Starting from the overall concept,Chinese medicine,acupuncture,moxibustion,umbilical acupuncture,acupoint application,comprehensive therapy and other treatments can stimulate the function of the viscera,promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and achieve significant effects.The author makes a review of the clinical research literature in recent years on the treatment of post-stroke constipation by traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide some support and help for the clinical treatment of this disease.
