中医针灸推拿在特勤人员梨状肌损伤综合征治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究对特勤人员梨状肌损伤综合征患者通过中医针灸推拿治疗的效果及应用价值。方法选取2021年8月至2023年8月某特勤疗养中心收治的特勤人员梨状肌损伤综合征患者68例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表,分为对照组(34例)、研究组(34例),分别采用常规针灸治疗、针灸联合推拿治疗,比较两组治疗效果、疼痛(VAS)评分及髋关节功能(Harris)评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.06%高于对照组73.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,Harris评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医针灸推拿应用于特勤人员梨状肌损伤综合征治疗中,可有效提高患者治疗效果,减轻疼痛,改善临床症状,对患者机体功能活动度的提升有很大助益。Objective To explore the effect and application value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupuncture and massage on piriformis syndrome in staff for special services.Methods A total of 68 staff for special services with piriformis syndrome admitted to a Special Service Rehabilitation Center from August 2021 to August 2023 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the control group(n=34)and study group(n=34).Acupuncture was applied to all participants,and those in the study group were additionally given massage.The treatment effect,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and the Harris Hip Score(HHS)were compared.Results The overall response rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.06%VS 73.53%,P<0.05).Significantly lower VAS score and higher HHS after treatment were detected in the study group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM acupuncture and massage in the treatment of piriformis syndrome in staff for special services can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce pain,alleviate clinical symptoms,and be of great benefit to the improvement of functional activity.
