PAC服务模式在人工流产术后的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产术后为患者提供流产后关爱(PAC)服务模式的干预方式及效果。方法选取本院妇产科进行人工流产的400例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组200例。对照组提供常规人工流产服务,研究组提供PAC服务模式。对比两组患者心理情绪、生殖健康知识认知评分、避孕措施落实情况以及重复流产发生率。结果干预后,研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组生殖健康知识认知度、避孕措施落实率显著高于对照组,重复流产率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PAC服务模式能够有效改善未婚女性人工流产术后的心理状态,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To explore the intervention methods and effects of providing post abortion care(PAC)services to patients after artificial abortion surgery.Methods 400 patients who underwent induced abortion in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Divide into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group provided routine induced abortion services,while the study group provided PAC service mode.Compare the psychological and emotional state,cognitive scores of reproductive health knowledge,implementation of contraceptive measures,and incidence of repeated miscarriages between two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the hamilton depression scale and hamilton anxiety scale scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the awareness of reproductive health knowledge and the implementation rate of contraceptive measures in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the repeated abortion rate in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The PAC service model can effectively improve the psychological state of unmarried women after induced abortion surgery,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
