摘　　要：目的探讨自拟补肾安胎饮联合穴位贴敷治疗肾虚型先兆流产临床疗效及对患者血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮的影响。方法选取62例肾虚型先兆流产患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组31例,对照组予以常规西医方案治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,联合应用自拟补肾安胎饮和穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者治疗后血清性激素水平、炎性细胞因子水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组性激素水平、炎性细胞因子水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾虚型先兆流产患者临床治疗中应用自拟补肾安胎饮联合穴位贴敷治疗的疗效显著,可调节患者血清β-HCG、孕酮水平,具有进一步推广与应用的价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self designed Bushen An Tai Yin combined with acupoint application in the treatment of threatened miscarriage of kidney deficiency type and its effect on patient serumβ-Human chorionic gonadotropin β-The effects of HCG and progesterone.Methods 62 patients with threatened miscarriage of kidney deficiency type in our hospital according to random number table divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received a combination of self-designed Bushen An Tai Yin and acupoint application treatment on the basis of the control group.The serum sex hormone levels,inflammatory cytokine levels,and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of sex hormones and inflammatory cytokines in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective efficiency of the test group is higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of threatened miscarriage patients with kidney deficiency type using self-designed Bushen An Tai Yin combined with acupoint application has a significant therapeutic effect,which can regulate the patient's serumβ-HCG and progesterone levels.It has value for further promotion and application.
