行为护理干预对妇科术后留置尿管患者尿管相关并发症及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究在妇科术后留置尿管患者中实施行为护理干预对尿管相关并发症、生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析本院收治的60例妇科术后留置尿管患者的临床资料,实施常规护理干预的30例妇科术后留置尿管患者设为对照组,实施行为护理干预的30例妇科术后留置尿管患者设为观察组。比较两组尿管相关并发症(尿路感染、尿潴留等)和生活质量。结果干预后,观察组尿管相关并发症发生率为26.67%,显著低于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为护理干预能够有效降低妇科术后留置尿管患者尿管相关并发症发生率,利于改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of implementing behavioral nursing interventions on urinary tract related complications and quality of life in patients with indwelling catheters after gynecological surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 60 gynecological patients with postoperative indwelling catheters admitted to our hospital.30 gynecological patients with postoperative indwelling catheters who received routine nursing intervention were set as the control group,and 30 gynecological patients with postoperative indwelling catheters who received behavioral nursing intervention were set as the observation group.Urinary tube related complications(urinary tract infection,urinary retention,etc.)and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of urinary tract related complications in the observation group was 26.67%,significantly lower than the control group's 60.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract related complications in patients with indwelling catheters after gynecological surgery,which is beneficial for improving the quality of life of patients.
