认知护理干预用于子宫内膜癌化疗患者对其负性心理的改善评价

摘　　要：目的探讨对子宫内膜癌化疗患者实施认知护理干预后,其负性心理的改善情况。方法选取本院58例子宫内膜癌化疗患者为研究对象,按照双盲法随机分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施认知护理干预,比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组的SAS评分、SDS评分及QLQ-C30评分均优于护理前,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分及QLQ-C30评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫内膜癌化疗患者实施认知护理干预,可帮助其更好地改善负性心理状态,并促使其生活质量提升,同时还能提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the improvement of negative psychology in patients with endometrial cancer undergoing chemotherapy after implementing cognitive nursing intervention.Methods 58 patients with endometrial cancer undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the double-blind method,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received cognitive nursing intervention.The scores of the self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life scale(QLQ-C30),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS score,SDS score,and QLQ-C30 score of both groups were better than before nursing;The SAS score,SDS score,and QLQ-C30 score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing cognitive nursing intervention for chemotherapy patients with endometrial cancer can help them better improve their negative psychological state,promote their quality of life,and also improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
