桃红四物汤联合人工周期疗法预防宫腔镜术后宫腔粘连的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨桃红四物汤联合人工周期疗法预防宫腔镜术后宫腔粘连的效果。方法选择72例宫腔镜手术患者为研究对象,根据术后治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予桃红四物汤联合人工周期疗法,比较两组术后宫腔形态恢复情况、宫腔粘连情况、月经量改善情况及治疗效果。结果观察组宫腔形态恢复率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组宫腔粘连发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组月经量改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对宫腔镜术后患者实施桃红四物汤联合人工周期疗法能有效降低患者术后宫腔粘连发生风险,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy on preventing intrauterine adhesion after hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 72 patients with hysteroscopic surgery were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the different postoperative treatment plan,36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Taohong Siwu decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy.The postoperative uterine shape recovery,uterine adhesion,menstrual volume improvement and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery rate of uterine cavity shape in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<o.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of intrauterine adhesions between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of menstrual volume in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy can effectively reduce the risk of intrauterine adhesions in patients after hysteroscopic surgery,improve clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
