简易Foley尿管球囊加普贝生用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟引产效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨足月妊娠孕妇采用简易Foley尿管球囊加普贝生促宫颈成熟引产的效果。方法选取200例足月妊娠孕妇为研究对象,按照盲选法分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。研究组采用简易Foley尿管加普贝生,对照组采用普贝生,比较两组促宫颈成熟效果、宫颈Bishop评分及分娩情况。结果研究组促宫颈成熟的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组宫颈Bishop评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组宫颈Bishop评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组引产成功率高于对照组、剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组产钳助产率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论足月妊娠孕妇采用简易Foley尿管球囊加普贝生促宫颈成熟效果理想,引产成功率高,剖宫产率低,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of simple Foley catheter balloon plus propyl capsule in promoting cervical maturation and inducing labor in full-term pregnant women.Methods A total of 200 cases of full-term pregnant women were selected as research subjects and divided into study group and control group according to blind selection method,1oo cases in each group.The study group received Foley urethral tube plus probesan and the control group received probesan.The effect of cervical maturation promotion,cervical Bishop score and delivery of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of cervical maturation promotion in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cervical Bishop score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cervical Bishop score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of induced labor in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.o5).There was no significant difference in the rate of forceps delivery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of simple Foley catheter balloon plus Pupurea on cervical maturation is ideal,the success rate of inducing labor is high,and the cesarean section rate is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
