安神定志丸联合黄连阿胶汤治疗围绝经期失眠症效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨围绝经期失眠症采用安神定志丸联合黄连阿胶汤治疗的效果。方法选取60例围绝经期失眠症患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者在接受心理辅导和生活方式调整的基础上,对照组给予安神定志丸治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予黄连阿胶汤治疗,观察两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、客观睡眠质量指标及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组PSQI总分、总睡眠时间、觉醒次数、睡眠潜伏期及睡眠效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组PSQI总分低于对照组,觉醒次数少于对照组,睡眠潜伏期短于对照组,睡眠效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组总睡眠时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期失眠症采用安神定志丸联合黄连阿胶汤治疗效果较好,能改善患者睡眠质量,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Anshen Dingzhi pills combined with Huanglian Ejiao decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.Methods A total of 60 patients with perimenopausal insomnia were selected as research objects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of psychological counseling and lifestyle adjustment,the control group was given Anshen Dingzhi pill treatment,and the study group was given Huanglian ejiao decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),objective sleep quality index and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PSQI total score,total sleep time,wake times,sleep latency and sleep efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI total score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the number of awakenings was less than that of the control group,the sleep latency was shorter than that of the control group,and the sleep efficiency was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total sleep time between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0o.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Anshen Dingzhi pill combined with Huanglian Ejiao decoction on perimenopausal insomnia is good,which can improve sleep quality and life quality of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
