中医定向透药治疗对妇科恶性肿瘤术后胃肠功能恢复的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医定向透药治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法选取90例妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者为研究对象,采用简单随机法分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用传统疗法,研究组在对照组基础上采用中药制剂定向渗透疗法,比较两组术后胃肠功能恢复指标及不良反应发生率。结果研究组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间及首次排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果较好,可减少不良反应发生率,加快患者康复,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine directed transdrug therapy on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with gynecological malignant tumor were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group by simple random method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional therapy,and the observation group was treated with directed penetration therapy with traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group.The indexes of gastrointestinal function recovery and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,first anal exhaust time and first defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine on gastrointestinal function recovery of gynecological malignant tumor patients after operation is good,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and accelerate the recovery of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
