枸橼酸氯米芬联合人绝经期尿促性腺激素治疗不孕症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不孕症采用枸橼酸氯米芬联合人绝经期尿促性腺激素治疗的效果。方法选取78例不孕症患者为研究对象,按照扑克牌分组法分为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组采用人绝经期尿促性腺激素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,比较两组性激素水平、排卵率、妊娠率及不良反应发生率。结果,治疗前,两组抗苗勒管氏激素(AMH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、血清雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组AMH、FSH、E_(2)、T水平均高于对照组,LH水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组排卵率、妊娠成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不孕症患者采用枸橼酸氯米芬联合人绝经期尿促性腺激素治疗效果较好,可改善患者性激素水平,提高患者排卵率及妊娠成功率,且安全性较好,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Clomiphene citrate combined with human menopausal urinary gonadotropin in the treatment of infertility.Methods A total of 78 cases of infertility patients were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to poker grouping method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with human menopausal urinary gonadotropin,and the study group was treated with clomiphene citrate on the basis of the control group.The sex hormone levels,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and serum estradiol(E_(2))between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,AMH,FSH,E_(2) and T levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and LH levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ovulation rate and pregnancy success rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene citrate combined with human menopausal urinary gonadotropin has a good effect on infertility patients,which can improve the level of sex hormone,ovulation rate and pregnancy success rate of patients,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
