子宫输卵管四维超声造影重复推注造影剂在不孕症诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫输卵管四维超声造影(4D-HyCoSy)重复推注造影剂在不孕症诊断中的临床价值。方法选择80例不孕症患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规4D-HyCoSy,观察组在对照组基础上行二次推注造影剂,比较两组疼痛情况、输卵管通畅情况、不良反应发生率。结果两组术中疼痛程度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组输卵管通畅率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对不孕症患者诊断时,4D-HyCoSy重复推注造影剂,有助于疏通输卵管,且安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of repeated injection of contrast medium in the diagnosis of infertility by uterotubal four-dimensional contrast ultrasound(4D-HyCoSy).Methods A total of 80 cases of infertility patients were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional 4D-HyCoSy,and the observation group was injected with contrast agent twice on the basis of the control group,and the pain,fallopian tube patency and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in intraoperative pain degree between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The patency rate of fallopian tube in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of infertility patients,4D-HyCoSy repeated injection of contrast agent can help dredge fallopian tubes,and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
