经腹部超声和经阴道超声在妇产科急腹症诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹部超声、经阴道超声在妇产科急腹症诊断中的临床价值。方法选择60例急腹症患者为研究对象,分别对患者实施单一经腹部超声检查、单一经阴道超声检查和联合超声检查,其中病理检查结果作为急腹症检查的金标准,对比经阴道超声、经腹部超声及联合检查诊断结果。结果经阴道超声检查急腹症检出率高于经腹部超声检查,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经腹部超声与经阴道超声联合检查检出率高于经腹部超声、经阴道超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹部超声、经阴道超声检查妇产科急腹症均可提供一定参考依据,但均有不足之处,而经腹部超声与经阴道超声联合检查妇产科急腹症的准确率更高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute abdomen were selected as the study objects.Single transabdominal ultrasonography,single transvaginal ultrasonography and combined ultrasonography were performed on the patients respectively.The results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard for the examination of acute abdomen.Results The detection rate of acute abdomen by transvaginal ultrasonography was higher than that by transabdominal ultrasonography,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The detection rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound can provide a certain reference for the examination of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,but there are shortcomings in both.The combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound has a higher accuracy in the examination of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
