全程人性化导乐分娩在无痛分娩产妇护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨无痛分娩的产妇采用全程人性化导乐分娩护理的效果。方法选取240例无痛分娩产妇为研究对象,按照入院时间先后次序分为对照组和观察组,每组120例。对照组采用常规分娩护理,观察组采用全程人性化导乐分娩护理,比较两组产程时间、焦虑情绪及满意度。结果观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩产妇采用全程人性化导乐分娩护理干预可缩短产程时间,改善产妇焦虑情绪,且护理满意度高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of humanized doula nursing for parturient women in painless labor.Methods A total of 240 parturients with painless delivery were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission time,120 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery care,and the observation group received humanized doula delivery care.The duration of labor,anxiety and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and SAS scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole humanized doula nursing intervention can shorten the duration of labor,improve maternal anxiety,and nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
