北方严寒地区农田旱改水工程施工技术探析

摘　　要：以某北方严寒地区冬季农田旱改水工程为研究对象,为解决施工期间寒冷且温差较大、大面积农田旱改水土地整理施工中对于测量精度要求高、冬季土方平衡防冻土及水渠防冻胀处理困难等,进行施工技术探析。采用土方作业表层灭茬植物残渣、防寒布覆盖等防冻土措施、大范围土地整理“陆空”高程测量结合土地精平机械设备高程控制系统、长距离水渠变形缝伸缩的防冻胀处理等技术方法,较好地解决了施工中的实际问题,保证进度、降低成本、提高施工质量,对后续类似项目积累了宝贵经验,对同类工程也具有一定的推广价值。This study focuses on the winter farmland dryland-to-paddy conversion project in a northern cold region,and aims to solve the problems such as extreme cold and large temperature difference during the construction period,high requirements for measurement accuracy in the construction of land conversion of large-scale farmland dry land to water,and difficulties in the treatment of earthwork balance,permafrost prevention and canal frost heaving prevention in winter.The construction technology is analyzed.The practical problems in construction are well solved by using the technical methods of anti-frozen soil measures such as stubble removal plant residue on the surface of earthwork operation,cold-proof cloth coverage,large-scale land conversion'land and air'elevation measurement combined with elevation control system of land leveling machinery and equipment,and anti-frost heave treatment of long-distance canal deformation joint expansion,and the progress,cost reduction and construction quality are guaranteed.It accumulates valuable experience for future similar projects,and also has certain promotion value for similar projects.
