摘 要:研究通过低净空钻孔灌注桩技术的试成桩和试成孔试验,结合监测和检测数据,论证了在狭窄低净空的建筑物室内低净空钻孔灌注桩施工的可行性,并收集积累了关键施工参数和数据,可为该项技术的改进优化提供参考。研究发现,低净空钻孔灌注桩施工技术对建筑物和周边土体的扰动影响较小,但由于桩机尺寸受限和刚度减小,地层硬度和成孔尺寸对钻进速度和成孔质量有较明显的影响。Through the trial pile and trial hole test of Low-Clearance Bored Pile Construction Technique,combined with monitoring and testing data,the feasibility of low clearance drilled grouting pile construction in narrow and low clearance buildings is demonstrated,and key construction parameters and data are collected and accumulated.It can provide reference for the improvement and optimization of this technology.It is found that the construction technology of low clearance drilled grouting pile has little influence on the disturbance of buildings and surrounding soil.However,due to the limited size of pile driver and the decrease of stiffness,the hardness of the stratum and borehole size have obvious influence on drilling speed and hole quality.
