援外成套建筑项目维修改造中结构加固技术研究

摘　　要：结合缅甸国家体育馆维修改造项目,对援外成套建筑项目维修改造中的结构加固技术进行了研究。针对原结构在设计施工规范更新的条件下,维修改造需解决的问题,研究采取一系列技术对新增加的填充墙、年久失修部位的混凝土梁和混凝土板进行系统加固和修复,在满足结构安全前提下提升了建筑的功能和标准,具有一定的推广借鉴价值。In combination with the maintenance and transformation project of Myanmar National Stadium,structural reinforcement technology in maintenance and renovation of foreign aid complete construction projects is studied.In view of the updates in design and construction specifications for the original structure,the issues that need to be solved in maintenance and renovation.Subsequently,a series of techniques are adopted to systematically reinforce and repair the newly added infilled walls,concrete beams and concrete slabs parts that have been in disrepair for a long time.Meanwhile,the function and standard of the building are improved under the premise of satisfying the structural safety and possessing a certain degree of promotional and referential value.
