摘  要:接收过程是顶管隧道工程施工的关键环节之一,尤其在渗透系数较大的滨海砂性土层中,挡土止水措施处理不当很容易导致水土涌入,以致发生地面沉降塌陷,道路、管道管线或其他设施破坏等事故。在上海临港某商办项目顶管西通道砂性土层顶管隧道接收不当导致地表塌陷的背景下,借鉴盾构法盾尾钢丝刷的使用,结合二次进洞、土中进洞及备用辅助降水措施的联合实施,取代原设计方案中帘布橡胶板加弹簧钢板的挡土止水的方式,优化施工工艺,成功实现了东通道的安全接收。The receiving process is a key stage in the construction of pipe jacking tunnel engineering,especially in the coastal sandy soil layers with a high permeability coefficient.Improper handling of soil-blocking and waterstop measures may easily lead to an influx of water and soil,resulting in incidents such as ground settlement and collapse,and damage to roads,pipeline networks,or other facilities.In the context of surface subsidence caused by improper reception of a pipe-jacking tunnel in the sandy soil layer of the west channel of a commercial project in Lingang,Shanghai,the use of shield tail wire brushes in shield methods is drawn upon.It is done in conjunction with the combined implementation of secondary tunnel entry,soil penetration entry,and auxiliary dewatering measures.the original design scheme's method of soil-blocking and waterstop with rubber blankets and spring steel plates is replaced.Subsequently,the construction technology is optimized,successfully realizing the safe reception of the East Passage.
