摘　　要：为了完善建筑施工企业的经营投标工作,确保企业稳步发展,对目前建筑施工企业投标管理的现状和普遍存在的问题进行了分析。在对经营投标的相关经验和教训进行总结的基础上,对完善经营投标管理工作进行探讨并提供了一些措施、建议和设想,以期在后续的经营投标工作中为施工企业稳固发展奠定坚实的基础。In order to improve the management bidding work of building construction enterprises and ensure their steadydevelopment,the current state and common issues of bidding management in building construction enterprises areanalyzed.Based on the summarization of relevant experiences and lessons in bidding management,discussion are madeon how to improve bidding management work.Subsequently,some measures,suggestions,and ideas are proposed.Itis expected to establish a solid foundation for the steady development of building construction enterprises in the futuremanagement bidding work.
