摘　　要：两化融合是指信息化和工业化的融合,是工业和信息化部实施的关键战略。推动两化融合管理体系贯标,旨在帮助企业数字化转型,推动企业现代化发展。介绍了两化融合管理体系的背景和意义,结合市政设计行业数字化转型现状和需求,以S市政院管理流程打造为例,总结两化融合管理体系在推动市政设计院数字化转型过程中对工作效率和营收的提升作用。Integration of informatization and industrialization refers to the integration of informatization and industrialization,which is the key strategy implemented by the ministry of industry and information technology.Meanwhile,promoting the implementing standards of the integrated management system for informatization and industrialization,aiming at helping the digital transformation of enterprises and promoting the development of enterprise modernization.Subsequently,the background and significance of integrated management system for informatization and industrialization are introduced.And combining the current status and requirements of the digital transformation in the municipal design industry.Taking the management process of S municipal institute as an example and summarizing the role of the integrated management system for informatization and industrialization in enhancing work efficiency and revenue during the digital transformation process of municipal design institutes.
