摘 要:磁耦合机构作为无线充电系统能量传输的核心部件,其中线圈与磁芯的损耗引起温度升高,进而累积温升影响系统的安全性与可靠性。本文提出一套用于磁耦合机构热场建模与特性分析方法。首先,对DD型磁耦合机构进行建模,计算磁耦合机构中的热损耗。其次,分析传热方式并且推导建模所需的热参数。最后,使用Icepak软件对磁耦合机构展开磁热联合仿真,获得其在不同散热条件下温度特性。结果表明,磁热联合仿真可以预测稳态时磁耦合机构的温度。The magnetic coupler is the core part of the energy transmission in wireless charging system,in which the loss of coil and magnetic core causes temperature rise and then the accumulated temperature rise affects the security and reliability of the system.In this paper,a set of thermal field modeling and characterization methods for magnetic coupler is proposed.Firstly,the DD-type magnetic coupler is modeled to calculate the heat loss.Secondly,the heat transfer mode is analyzed and the thermal parameters required for modeling are derived.Finally,the magnetic coupler of wireless charging system is simulated by Icepak in order to obtain the temperature characteristics of the magnetic coupler under different heat dissipation conditions.The results show that the magnetic-thermal simulation can predict the temperature of the magnetic coupler at steady state.
