摘 要:该文通过研究不同的基质和不同的种脐摆放方向对云南娑罗双种子发芽率的影响,筛选出云南娑罗双种子萌发的最佳条件。结果表明:不同基质和不同种脐摆放方向对云南娑罗双种子发芽率均存在显著差异。基质为江沙时种子发芽率最高,达82.7%;火烧土次之,为73.3%,二者间无显著差异;种子点播时种脐向上摆放发芽率最高,达82%,种脐向下摆放和种脐横置发芽率分别为63.3%和62.0%,且二者间无显著差异。鉴于火烧土烧制费时、费力、成本较高,为节约成本,在实践生产中,播种基质宜用江沙,种子点播时种脐向上摆放。The germination rate of Shorea assamica seeds is relatively low under conventional conditions.In this paper,the optimal conditions for seed germination of Shorea assamica were selected by studying the effects of different sowing substrates and different placement direction of seed omphalus on the germination rate of Shorea assamica Dyer.The results showed that there were significant differences in the germination rate of the seeds in different sowing substrates and different orientation of the seed umbilical.The germination rate of the seeds in the sowing medium was the highest(82.7%),ollowed by that in the burning soil(73.3%),and there was no significant difference between the two.The germination rate of seeds placed upward was 82%,and the germination rate of seeds placed downward and transverse were 63.3%and 62.0%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between them.In view of the time,effort and high cost of burning soil,in order to save costs,it is advisable to use river sand as the sowing substrates in practical production,and place the seed umbilical upward when sowing on demand.
