摘  要:貉细小病毒(Raccoon dog parvovirus,RDPV)属于细小病毒科细小病毒属,可引起貉细小病毒性肠炎,该病是一种发病率和死亡率很高的急性传染病,给养殖户造成巨大经济损失,严重制约了貉养殖业的健康发展。因此,研制更安全、高效和制备方便的疫苗是迫切需求,也是未来研究的趋势。本研究通过CPV胶体金试纸条对严重腹泻貉的直肠拭子样品进行筛选,阳性样品经处理后在F81细胞中培养;使用聚合酶链式反应、间接免疫荧光试验和电子显微镜观察等方法对其进行鉴定,结果表明,该毒株是一种新毒株,将其命名为HB-1。Raccoon dog parvovirus(RDPV)belongs to the family Parvoviridae and can cause parvovirus enteritis.The disease is an acute infectious disease with high morbidity and mortality,which causes huge losses to farmers and seriously restricts the healthy development of raccoon dog farming.Therefore,the development of a safer,more efficient and convenient vaccine is the trend of future research.In this study,rectal swabs of raccoon dogs with severe diarrhea were screened by CPV colloidal gold test strip,and the positive samples were cultured in F81 cells after treatment.It was identified by polymerase chain reaction detection,indirect immunofluorescence test and electron microscope observation.The results showed that the strain was a new strain and was named HB-1 strain.
