摘　　要：哈蟆油为补益上品,具有“补肾益精、健脾益胃、润肺生津、养颜美容”等诸多传统功效,现代临床主要应用于“抗疲劳、抗应激、抗衰老、镇咳祛痰、促生长发育、提升免疫、治疗哮喘”等。较高的医用价值、营养价值促使其市场价格昂贵,被美誉为动物界的“软黄金”。基于哈蟆油的需求量大、价格高,市场上涌现出形形色色的哈蟆油伪品。控制哈蟆油药材质量,以传统功效为导向,对哈蟆油进行再加工、深加工,开发系列保健品、食品、化妆品等产品,既能有效拓宽哈蟆油的市场覆盖面,提升产品价值,又能提高林蛙养殖户的经济效益。本文整理了哈蟆油传统功效、化学成分和开发应用现状,为哈蟆油可持续利用与开发具有重要的指导意义。Oviductus Ranae is a nourishing product,which has many traditional effects such as"nourishing kidney and essence,strengthening the spleen and stomach,moisturizing the lungs,nourishing beauty and beauty".Modern clinical applications mainly include"anti fatigue,anti stress,anti aging,relieving cough and phlegm,promoting growth and development,enhancing immunity,and treating asthma".High medical value and nutritional value have prompted their market prices."Soft Gold"in the boundary.Based on the large demand of Oviductus Ranae and high prices,oil fakes various toad have sprung up on the market.Control the quality of toad oil medicinal materials,with traditional effects as the orientation,re-processing,deep processing of Oviductus Ranae,and developing series of health products,food,cosmetics and other products,which can effectively broaden the market coverage of Oviductus Ranae and increase product value,but also improve the economic benefits of forest frog farmers.This study has compiled the traditional effects,chemical ingredients and development and application status of Oviductus Ranae,which has certain guiding significance for guiding the sustainable use and development of Oviductus Ranae.
