乒乓球技战术训练中意识的培养探析

摘　　要：在乒乓球比赛中,技战术训练的重要性不言而喻。意识在技战术训练中体现在运动员的心理素质、应变能力、观察能力和判断力等方面。为了实施意识培养,可以加强理论学习和实践操作,结合比赛实际进行针对性培养,创设多样化的训练环境和条件,激发运动员的意识潜能,注重教练员的引导和示范作用。总之,意识培养在乒乓球技战术训练中具有重要作用。The importance of technical and tactical training in table tennis matches is self-evident.Theconsciousness in technical and tactical training is reflected in theathlete's psychological quality,adaptability,observation ability,and judgment.In order to implement the cultivationof consciousness,we can strengthen the theoretical study and practical operation,carry out the targeted cultivation in combination with the actual competition,create diversified training environments and conditions,stimulate the athlete's potential of consciousness,and pay attention to the guidance and demonstration role of coaches.In conclusion,consciousness cultivation plays an important role in the technical and tacticaltraining of table tennis.
