摘　　要：研制了一种具备“接地测试”模式的手持式回路电阻测试仪,详细介绍了实现“带接地线测试”模式的工作原理、仪器的组成和结构。利用该仪器对某35 kV断路器的回路电阻进行了测试,结果表明该仪器测试精度高、稳定性好,并且应用灵活、小巧便携,实现了回路电阻的智能化测试,并可推广应用于敞开式断路器、GIS设备和环网柜回路电阻的测试。A handheld circuit resistance tester with"grounding test"mode has been developed,and the working principle,composition,and structure of the instrument to achieve"measurement with grounding wire"mode are described in detail.The instrument was used to test the circuit resistance of a 35kV circuit breaker.The results showed that the instrument has high testing accuracy,good stability,and is flexible,compact,and portable.It has achieved intelligent testing of circuit resistance and can be widely applied to the testing of circuit resistance in open circuit breakers,GIS equipment,and ring main cabinets.
