摘　　要：粪类圆线虫属于条件致病寄生虫,为兼性寄生虫。粪类圆线虫感染临床上较少见,检验医师对粪类圆线虫的成虫、幼虫及虫卵的识别能力普遍偏低,且较依赖仪器设备,而全自动粪便仪对粪类圆线虫的识别能力普遍较差,易造成漏诊和误诊。该文对1例粪类圆线虫感染患者进行检验确诊、病例分析、驱虫治疗及疗效观察,以期加深检验医师和临床医师对粪类圆线虫病的认识,减少误诊、漏诊。Strongyloides faecalis belongs to the conditional pathogenic parasite and is facultative parasite.The infection of Strongyloides faecalis is rare in clinical practice,and the ability of examiners to identify the adults,larvae and eggs of Strongyloides faecalis is generally low,and they are more dependent on equipment.However,the recognition ability of automatic stool instrument for Strongyloides faecalis is generally poor,which is easy to cause missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.In this paper,a case of strongyloides faecalis infection was diagnosed by examination,case analysis,deworming treatment and curative effect observation,in order to deepen the understanding of laboratory physicians and clinicians on strongyloides faecalis disease and reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
