摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌化疗后手足麻木采用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年12月南通市第三人民医院收治的乳腺癌化疗后手足麻木患者110例作为研究对象,按照双色球法随机分为两组,各55例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。比较两组手足麻木消退时间、治疗效果、关节活动度。结果:观察组手足麻木消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。治疗前,两组关节前屈、外展、后伸、内收角度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组关节前屈、外展、后伸、内收角度大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗乳腺癌化疗后手足麻木的效果显著,可有效改善患者肢体功能,缓解手足麻木症状。Objective:To explore the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in treatment of numbness in hands and feet after chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods:A total of 110 patients with numbness in hands and feet after chemotherapy of breast cancer who were treated in Nantong Third People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the double ball method,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction treatment.The regression time of numbness in hands and feet,treatment effect and range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results:The regression time of numbness in hands and feet in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the angles of joint anteflexion,abduction,extension and adduction between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the angles of joint anteflexion,abduction,extension and adduction in the two groups were greater than those before treatment,and the angles in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has remarkable effects in treatment of numbness in hands and feet after chemotherapy for breast cancer,and can effectively improve the patient's limb function and relieve the numbness symptoms in hands and feet.
