李金学诊治退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床经验浅析

摘　　要：退行性腰椎管狭窄症(DLSS)是骨科临床常见疾病,李金学教授作为我国著名的骨伤专家,认为该病的发生以肾虚为本,并与督脉、膀胱经、胆经等经络密切相关。特殊的解剖结构、神经根炎症的存在、持续性压迫以及椎管内充血都是各种症状出现的内在病因。临床对于DLSS以保守治疗为主,李金学教授通过自拟方腰痹汤软坚散结、养阴柔筋、活血通络,取得良好的临床疗效。Degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis(DLSS)is a common orthopaedic disease.Professor Li Jinxue,as a famous bone injury expert in China,believes that the origin of the disease is kidney deficiency,which is closely related to the meridians such as governor channel,bladder meridian and gallbladder meridian.Specific anatomical structure,the presence of nerve root inflammation,persistent compression,and congestion within the spinal canal are the underlying causes of various symptoms.The clinical treatment of DLSS is mainly conservative treatment.Professor Li Jinxue has obtained good clinical efficacy through the self-made prescription,Taobi Decoction,for softening and resolving hard mass,nourishing Yin and softening tendons,and promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals.
