早期护理在重症监护室极低体质量儿喂养中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析早期护理在重症监护室极低体质量儿喂养中的应用效果。选取2022年3月—2023年3月徐州市儿童医院重症监护室收治的极低体质量儿60例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施早期护理。比较两组临床指标、喂养情况、生长情况及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组每日睡眠时间长于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,肠鸣音次数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组首次经口喂养时间早于对照组,吐奶次数少于对照组,进食奶量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。出生后6个月,观察组体质量大于对照组,头围、身长长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。结论:早期护理在重症监护室极低体质量儿喂养中的应用效果较好,可增加新生儿睡眠时间,改善胃肠功能、喂养情况和生长情况,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of early nursing in the feeding of very low body weight infants in intensive care unit.Methods:A total of 60 very low body weight infants admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of Xuzhou Children's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented early nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators,feeding status,growth status and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group had a longer daily sleep time,shorter length of hospital stay and more bowel sounds than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The time of first oral feeding in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the number of milk vomiting in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the milk intake in the observation group was more than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).At 6 months after birth,the body weight in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the head circumference and body length in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Conclusion:Early nursing has good application effects in the feeding of very low body weight infants in intensive care unit,and can prolong neonatal sleep time,improve gastrointestinal function,feeding status and growth statue,and reduce the incidence of complications.
