摘　　要：为在医保管理工作中进一步推进区域点数法总额预算和按病种分值付费(DIP)支付,推动医保管理工作高质量发展,该文结合DIP改革背景探究医保管理工作中精细化管理的应用,从DIP支付相关概述入手,介绍DIP支付的同时,详细阐述DIP改革下医保管理工作中应用精细化管理的重要意义,分析DIP支付背景下现行医保管理工作面对的挑战,提出DIP改革下医保管理工作中精细化管理的应用策略,为DIP改革下医保管理工作中精细化管理的应用提供参考依据。In order to further promote total budget of regional point method and diagnosis-intervention packet(DIP)payment in medical insurance management and promote high-quality development of medical insurance management,this paper explores the application of refined management in medical insurance management in combination with the background of DIP reform,starts with an overview of DIP payment,and introduces DIP payment.The significance of applying refined management in medical insurance management under DIP reform is expounded in detail.The challenges faced by the current medical insurance management under the background of DIP payment are analyzed.The application strategy of refined management in medical insurance management under DIP reform is proposed,which provide reference for the application of refined management in medical insurance management under DIP reform.
