微创经皮钢板内固定联合锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析微创经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)联合锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果。方法:选取2019年9月—2021年9月肥城市人民医院收治的胫骨远端骨折患者81例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)与观察组(n=40)。对照组行切开复位克氏针钢板内固定治疗,观察组行MTPPO联合LCP治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中透视时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后6个月,观察组膝关节功能总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。术后6个月,观察组踝关节功能及足功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论:MIPPO联合LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果显著,患者膝、踝关节功能及足功能明显改善,并发症发生率低。Objective:To analyze the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)combined with locking compression plate(LCP)in the treatment of patients with distal tibial fracture.Methods:Eighty-one patients with distal tibial fracture admitted to Feicheng People's Hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was treated with open reduction and Kirschner wire plate internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with MIPPO combined with LCP.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative fluoroscopy time,fracture healing time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).At 6 months after operation,the overall excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).At 6 months after operation,the ankle joint function and foot function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidenct of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Conclusion:MIPPO combined with LCP in the treatment of patients with distal tibial fracture has significant effects,the knee joint function,ankle joint function and foot function are obviously improved,and the incidence of complications is low.
