无乳糖奶粉联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊应用于乳糖不耐受患儿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析无乳糖奶粉联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊应用于乳糖不耐受患儿的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月庆阳市妇幼保健院收治的乳糖不耐受患儿84例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规治疗,采用无乳糖奶粉喂养;观察组在对照组基础上采用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。治疗前,两组粪便pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.737);治疗后,两组粪便pH值优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组粪便性状恢复时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组腹胀腹泻、恶心呕吐、肠鸣音亢进消失时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:无乳糖奶粉联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊应用于乳糖不耐受患儿的效果较好,可快速缓解患儿临床症状,促进粪便恢复正常。Objective:To analyze the effect of lactose free milk powder combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsule in the children with lactose intolerance.Methods:A total of 84 children with lactose intolerance who were admitted to Qingyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into con⁃trol group and observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group re⁃ceived conventional treatment and was fed with lactose free milk powder;the observation group received bifidobacterium triple vi⁃able capsule treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The to⁃tal effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fecal pH value between the two groups(P=0.737);After treatment,the fecal pH value in the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the fecal pH value in the observa⁃tion group was better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The time of stool from recov⁃ery in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The disappearance time of abdominal distension,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting and hyperactive bowel sounds in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Lactose free milk powder combined with bifidobacterium triple viable capsule has good effects in the children with lactose intolerance,and can quickly relieve clinical symptom of children,and promote the fecal recovery.
